What Would You Like to Know?
What is included in a Standard Clean?
We will clean all surfaces and floors in all rooms. We will clean toilets and basic plastic insert showers. We will not move items off of floors or countertops.
What is included in a Medium Clean?
Everything that is included in a Standard Clean, plus windows, walls and inside appliances, minus ovens.
What is included in a Deep Clean?
Deep Cleans are usually recommended for first time clients, that have never had any type of cleaning service or have multiple kids/pets. We will clean every inch of your home to be spotless.
What is our service area?
We are based out of Cambridge, Minnesota. We will drive to where you may be, within an hour of our location. Anything over 30 minutes away will be charged a gas fee based on distance.
Do we require minimum hours to book?
No, but we do require 2 hours in advance, or 50% on flat rate services. Once we create a good relationship with the client, this requirement will not be enforced.
How does the cleaning/ payment process work?
During your consultation, a specified time will be agreed upon. We will clean rather to the 2 hour mark (to meet the deposit requirement) or to specified time. If more cleaning is needed, we will contact you to determine if you'd like the service to be stopped, to continue, or to return later.

Stopping service- We will send invoice for what was completed.

Continue service- Another specified time will be agreed upon.

Return service- We will come back another time (either same day, or different day) to finish the job. This will not require a deposit.
Do we bring our own cleaning supplies?
Yes, if you however prefer us to use your own, we can do that also, especially if you require specific cleaning agents for allergies.
How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice via email. We use Square to process/take payments.
Do we offer reoccurring services?
Yes we do. They are not required though. We offer Weekly, Bi weekly, and Monthly.
